Humpty Doo Jerky

Humpty Doo Jerky is a distinctive jerky producer based in the small town of Humpty Doo in the Northern Territory.

With 14 years of experience, owner Nigel Nielsen has perfected his craft, creating unique and flavourful jerky using Australian beef and, notably, crocodile meat.

As one of only three crocodile jerky distributors in Australia, Humpty Doo Jerky stands out in the market, offering a taste of the Territory with its special combination of sauces and spices. Their products are a high-protein, low-fat snack, perfect for a variety of occasions, from fishing and camping to enjoying with a cold beer. The company is also a regular presence at the Mindil Markets in Darwin during the dry season.
