This commitment to purity is central to the brand’s identity, ensuring their jerky is made with minimal ingredients, and is completely free from fillers, artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, and MSG.

The production process emphasizes quality, starting with 100% Australian grass-fed beef that is never frozen. The meat is sliced fresh, marinated for 24 hours, and then air-dried to achieve a tough, meaty texture that deliberately contrasts with the soft, sugary jerky often found on the market.
